A History of Military Training Experience

In support of Textron Aviation Defense's, a subsidiary of Textron Aviation, T-6 Texan II® and AT-6 Wolverine® aircraft programs, TRU Simulation™ has developed Ground Based Training Systems (GBTS), Operational Flight Trainers (OFT) and Cockpit Procedures Trainers (CPT) designed to prepare combat pilots for real-world mission scenarios. The OFT replicates cockpit layout and aircraft performance with a domed 270 degrees by 70 degrees wide-field-of-view system and a single axis dynamic seat that provides tactical simulation of flight movements and sensations.

TRU® is delivering these devices to military operators around the world to meet the growing need for advanced combat pilot training tools.
