FLAT PANEL TRAINER

DESKTOP TRAINER
Avionics systems are the heartbeat of modern aircraft. Mastering the usage of a specific aircraft’s avionics is a critical task for any pilot. Desktop trainers are designed to train pilots on the use of the avionics system in a compact and low-cost way ensuring training time in simulators is more efficient. Desktop trainers can be a great supplemental training tool to FFS and FTDs.
CONTROL LOADING SYSTEM
The TRU® Control Loading System (CLS) is a computer-controlled, precision electro-mechanical system used to accurately simulate the dynamic response and feedback forces of a physical system. TRU® REALFeel™ Control Loading System technology has been in use for more than 20 years and is one of the highest fidelity control loading systems on the market. TRU Simulaton™ engineers developed this sophisticated system to provide flexibility, control and advanced development tools/utilities not typically found in other systems. With these unique attributes and CLS’s advanced hardware properties this system is highly suited for simulated environments.

DEBRIEF SYSTEM
With the TRU® Debrief System (DBS), you can review a simulator session with a wide range of data captured during the training event. Controlled from the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), the system transfers video, audio, moving map, navigational charts, instrument displays and more to the debrief station to be reviewed at the end of every training session.
Lesson Plan System
Managing everything that goes into a training session can be a challenge for instructors. The Lesson Plan System (LPS) makes training more efficient by providing a predetermined sequence of events for the instructor to follow. Using the lesson plan builder, instructors can create lesson plans for each training session that are accessed from the IOS making training session management easier than ever.
FLIGHT CONNECT
TRU® Flight Connect™ gives users the ability to easily link their preferred Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications to a TRU® flight simulator—allowing for the immediate display of real-time flight data on their device.
