  Textron Aviation is proud to be a DOW SkillBridge partner offering transitioning active-duty service members a customized internship opportunity tailored to a commander's approval to prepare them for transition. Gain hands-on experience, discover new career paths at one of our locations across the U.S., and prepare for your next mission—one with purpose and potential.
  Eligibility:

  • Must be within 180 days of separation

• Heroes MAKE America A&P Certification Program

  Textron Aviation proudly sponsors the WSU-Tech Airframe & Powerplant Training program in partnership with Heroes MAKE America. This six-week accelerated program is designed for active duty, SkillBridge-eligible service members, Guardsmen and Reservists, and veterans combining:

  • 1 week of career readiness and training prep
  • 4 weeks of A&P certification training and testing
  • 1 week of directed self-study

  Hosted at Textron Aviation’s Career & Learning Center, the program equips you with the skills and credentials to launch a civilian career in aviation maintenance.
